THE PRACTICE

Jean Binkovitz began practicing immigration law in 1989 and is well-versed in this complex area, bringing that knowledge to the narrow but complex field of naturalization and citizenship law. She has also written and taught about the law, and is a past winner of the Rochester Mayor's Award for service to the immigrant community. Let her help you determine whether you have a path to citizenship - or in rare cases, are already a citizen without having known. Our nation benefits from new citizens!

*Jean Binkovitz is a former Realtor (Ohio) and also offers local clients residential real estate assistance.

For Minnesota residential real estate, the practice also offers assistance with closings in the Rochester,

Minnesota area.
